About NAAS
NAAS is an independent adjusting firm and third-party administrator serving clients throughout the United States.
With principal offices in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Missouri, and Arizona, NAAS provides property and casualty adjusting services for a wide range of claim types. Our Complex Loss Adjusting Division handles some of the largest and most complex claims in the industry, while our National Property & Casualty Services team supports small to mid-sized daily claims in Washington, Oregon, Missouri, Arizona, and Colorado.
Every NAAS adjuster is a trained professional who follows NAAS processes, procedures, and service standards. We do not rely on contract adjusters. Our team is built to outwork and out-care other adjusting firms by handling every claim thoroughly, efficiently, and with the attention it deserves.
Claims Adjusting Services in all of the Lower 48 States
We service claims in all of the lower 48. Our regional offices are located in the following states:

Complex Loss Division
Complex Loss Adjusting Division (CLAD): Handles the largest and most complex claims the industry can serve up. This division is made up of National and Executive General Adjusters that are capable of handling each open coverage on their own merit and abilities. This division leads national accounts and insurance program work in addition to CAT and regular daily claims.
US Loss Adjusting Services
US Loss Adjusting Services: is the National Property & Casualty adjusting division. Adjusters handle All-Lines Claims from Casualty and Liability investigations, to small and midsize property claims. US P&C also handles Catastrophe claims as well as assists the CLAD division (Complex Loss) with any large national account work that may be needed in their respective regions.

Tyler Brett is an Executive General Adjuster and Property Claims expert with 20 years of experience. He is also a General Adjuster in the field of Liability and Casualty claims and has accumulated 10 years of combined experience in those third-party disciplines. He is the Founder and Owner of North American Adjusting Services (NAAS), a company he started in 2011.
